Zen Meditation and Koan Retreat

Join us for this seven-day traditional Zen retreat; there will be meditation and koans, private interviews with the teacher, Dharma talks and discussion, a healthy vegan meals, and lots of quiet warmth.

Zen meditation experience is recommended; however, this retreat is open to everyone.

The sesshin starts Wednesday night at 7pm and runs to 1pm Tuesday (Sep 29). Although this is a seven-day retreat, you can also participate for two, three or five days.

This retreat is led by Guy Gaudry, Roshi.
