A morning of zazen (Zen meditation) and sanzen (learning from meditation).
Upholding the precepts, repentance and giving, the countless good deeds, and the way of right living all come from zazen. ~ Haukin
We sit still and quietly in zazen (Zen meditation) for 25 minute periods with a 5-minute with slow meditative walking in between the sittings, continuously from 9am to noon.
Everyone is welcome however previous experience sitting in a Zen Buddhist Zendo is highly recommended. FYI: There is no talking, no instruction and no Dharma talk.
$20 suggested donation for non-members.
