Traditional Zen Sitting and Dharma Talk, led by Sensei Mike Lobb, every Sunday morning from 9am to 11am. The sitting is held at the Zendo at 534 Queens Ave, London Ontario. (Note: enter on the William Street side, and go the stairs to the top floor.)
